As a dynamic speaker, teacher, preacher, mentor, mother of three, wife, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, Bianca is on a mission to change lives and inspire others to do the same. As the founder of Motivated and Empowered Inc., a global nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering girls, Bianca has transformed countless lives through mentorship, educational resources, and community support. Under her leadership, the organization has expanded its programs significantly, addressing systemic barriers and fostering resilience among youth. Bianca envisions launching additional initiatives and partnerships that will further enhance Motivated and Empowered's reach and effectiveness in creating lasting change. In the last two years alone, Bianca has helped start 255 nonprofits and secured over $6.5 million in grants. She is also the CEO of Purpose Consulting, which assists faith-based business owners in launching six-figure organizations and achieving sustainability. Bianca is the CEO of Bianca Marie Ministries and the COO of Crawford Mortuary Transportation Services, alongside her husband, Pastor David J. Crawford Jr. An accomplished author, her works include "Broken 2 Grace," "I'm Just a Girl...and I Like It," and the "Beautifully Broken Prayer Journal."
