Ensure data preparation and migration to S/4 target systems based on global S4 rollout roadmap; Using Analytics, Automation, and Workflow Tools (e.g. PowerBI, Azure, Solman) to increase efficiency and quality of daily work; Coordination with internal Partner and Stakeholders (Master Data Owner, Project Leads, Managers); Fulfilling the requirements of business partners and stakeholders in terms of time, scope, and quality; Supporting Master Data Owner and S/4 project managers as specialist for migration projects; Continuous monitoring and evaluation of project status and progress; Harmonizing and structuring different approaches for Suppliers Master Data migrations; Creating and updating procedures or instructions when necessary;

- Performing quality audit for the Order Management team. - Support aspects of internal audit quality system program from audit planning; implementation, feedback and re-audit as required. - Identify, estimate and correct deviations and defects in quality system process. - Collect, collate and analyze performance data on accuracy. - Conduct process audits, identify gaps in execution process steps, and provide feedback to agents / TLs. - Highlight key areas of improvement and prepare action plans specific to each area. - Create and implement sampling plan, conduct calibration session and feedback session. - Initiate/Participate in calibration sessions with the Client and provide RCA for weak performances. - Report and track implementation of corrective actions to ensure process continuity and stability. - Focus on adherence to compliance in transaction monitoring and highlight failures to stake holders.

- Maintains the communication between the suppliers and the involved departments of the division; - Keeps oneself up to date with the changes of the EU regulation, provided by the client/project, and updates them in SAP; - Requests the conformity declaration of the product according to the requirements of each division; - Follows the specific procedures of each division; - Validates the conformity of the declarations received either from the supplier, either from the departments of each division and uploads the document in SAP afterwards; - Identifies situations that affect the quality of the services offered and proposes improvement points; - Collaborates with the direct superior for organizing team meetings; - Represents the team and takes the attributions of the direct superior, when needed or in the direct superior’s absence (back-up activities); - Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company; - Ensure the quality of the service processes and the knowledge and information transfer; - One of the contact persons for any enquiries from the team members, regarding the daily service activities; - Identifies the training needs of the team members and proposes specific training programs (both internally or externally) to the direct superior; - Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior; - Creates and maintains different basic material composition based on the customer requirements. - Maintain and Update the EU/NON EU regulation/customer requirements in the SAP System (REACH, ROHS, etc). - Create, maintain, accept or reject different Material Data Sheets received via IMDS system.

- Support for the procurement department to obtain certificates or declarations of compliance with Bosch European and internal regulations. The regulations contain the chemical substances that are present in the materials. - Analysis of the information received from the purchasing department about the part that Bosch will buy from suppliers. - Checking basic chemistry details about the regulations that are requested by the purchasing. -Preparing the supplier's declaration of conformity request (an excel pre-filled with all the supplier's data and the purchased part), or creating the substance declaration request for the part in SAP through CDX function (Compliance Data Exchange). -Create IMDS request trough the SAP system. Using SAP SD customized module for the following: 1) Creating a Bill of Material (BOM) for all the parts that are being bought by Bosch. 2) Verify if the info record has been setup from the purchasing colleagues 3) Verify if the part is linked with the Compliance Data Exchange system. 4) Check if the requested regulations are correctly updated. -Creating an explanatory e-mail for the supplier with details about the required declaration and the date on which he must send the documents. -Constant communication with the supplier by e-mail and telephone in order to obtain documents until the deadline for delivery of the part. -Analyzing the documents received from the supplier and storing the checkers that contain the chemical substances into the SAP system. -Verify if the MDS has been properly filled in and substances declared. -Informing the procurement department that the part is compliant and can be used in production. -Use of power point and power BI for different presentations. -Communicating with the main customers every week in order to solve difficult cases and to improve the process. -Constant development of the SAP process and interface to improve the quality of services.

Vocabulary development in the field of foreign languages. Study focused on philology in German-Spanish. Complex projects developed in foreign languages during college. The specialization was done only in German and Spanish.
