In November 2019, I began an exciting journey as a business owner, fueled by my passion for introducing Americans to the authentic taste of fresh Stroopwafels. While many love this famous caramel cookie from the Netherlands, they often don’t realize the difference in quality and freshness between imported Stroopwafels and ones baked fresh. That’s why I founded Dutch Waffle Company—to offer Americans the same quality and freshness we enjoy in the Netherlands. We use a traditional 200-year-old recipe to create Stroopwafels that are light, crispy, and filled with gooey caramel.
