* Together with the Site Director, focus on production activities to ensure forecast targets (safety, quality and productivity) are met and exceeded, within time and budgetary constraints for one of CHEP AU’s largest and most complex Plants. This involved: * Creating, implementing & ensuring the maintenance of a sound industrial relations culture * Ensuring that customers’ expectations (internal and external) are met or exceeded * Implementing current best practice HR initiatives and continuous improvement processes * Managing day to day machine operability and maintenance * Providing leadership and direction to front line managers

* My role as HR Advisor covered a broad range of areas including: * Coaching leaders on proactively addressing performance matters * Leading and managing all industrial relations/employee relations issues across CHEP Australia (approx. 1000 employees) * Guiding leaders on our people processes, policies and practices * Interpretation and Negotiation of employment contracts and Enterprise Agreements * Supporting the internal recruitment process through strategic sourcing * Project Management of HR initiatives * Development and facilitation of training modules for people leaders focused on managing employee relations and workplace health and safety

* My role at Lion covered a broad range of areas including: * Coaching leaders on proactively addressing performance matters * Leading formal investigations * First point of contact and subject matter expert for remuneration * Supporting structural changes * Facilitating capability and Leadership Development programmes * Guiding leaders on our people processes, policies and practices * Interpretation of employment contracts and enterprise agreements * Supporting the internal recruitment process
