Been with Tally Solutions for more than 2 decades with in-depth knowledge of the product, partners and customer experience. I have been instrumental in setting up the Tally support centre, christened as TallyCare, right from conceptualization to execution. During 20+ years, have been an integral part of the Sales, Services, and Support. We have 10 centres globally, 5 in India and 5 in our international markets now… and expanding. We expanded to nearly 1000 desks in short period of time to help our customers transition through VAT and then GST. Today we have developed the world’s best customer care. Have been instrumental in introducing the concept of personalised care for a huge network of partners, more than 25000, under the “Optima” brand. And working on next big initiative of personalised and unified support services for over 1.5 million customers, to ensure that our customers get seamless personlised care from both, our network of partners and us. Introduced the concept of "TallyWay of Customer Engagements” for our esteemed customers – an initiative to reach out to customers in a systematic way and on a regular basis to ensure Customers are able to derive maximum benefits from our products, love our product and are Happy using it in the banner of "Customer Success". Currently, as CEO of Tally Education Private Limited (TEPL), an education initiative of Tally Solutions, envisage to continuously innovate and create simple, easy and enjoyable learning experience for both trainer (mentor) and trainee (learner) along with access to rich and diverse content delivered by industry experts resulting into availability of skilled resources for businesses across industries.
