#Create all warehouse/ dispatch related documents in SAP System. *Purchase requisition (PR) according to URS. *Stock transfer order (STO) *Packing list / Out bond delivery (OBD) *GST invoice / Export shipping invoice *Export examination report *Good receipt note (GRN) #Prepare monthly consumption report of Raw Materials & Packing materials. #Maintain RM & PM stock at LL/ Contract manufacturing sites. #Weekly maintain near expiry, non moving & destruction report. #Create subcontracting note / vendor return note as per return PO.

#Total responsibility for overall finished goods stores functioning & export and domestic distribution logistics. #Finished good dispatch planning along with transportation, accounting to cost saving on logistics. #Create E-way bill on gov.e-way bill portal. #Coordination with approve transporter’s for timely arranging AC/non-AC vehicle for dispatch. #Daily tracking of consignment.

#Arrange wooden pallets for Sea/Air export shipment also arrange thermal blanket for export Air shipment. #Co-ordination with export planning team & plan for palletisation activity accordingly.
