Bhushan Deodhar

Bhushan’s leadership has furthered the development of multiple businesses and teams across the U.S. and abroad. Bhushan served as the President of Sumeru Software Solutions from 2005 to 2017. He was responsible for establishing 4 different business units for Sumeru in the US during his tenure with the company. He currently works as the CEO of Shankara Skincare, all natural anti-aging skin care products company. He also works as a faculty for the Transformational Leadership for Excellence workshop developed by the International Association for Human Values. Over the last fifteen years, Bhushan has delivered leadership programs to executives and business school students at the World Bank, the United Nations, Shell Corporation, Coco Cola, Accenture, Boston Consulting Group, MIT Sloan School of Business, Harvard Business School, Kellog Business School, and many others. Bhushan consulted with the World Bank Institute to develop a leadership program called 'Collaborative Leadership for Excellence' specifically aimed towards public sector leaders from developing economies to help with various social reform initiatives. Prior to leading Sumeru and Shankara skincare, Bhushan worked at Nortel Networks and Oracle Corporation for more than 10 years in various management roles. Bhushan has a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas, Arlington.
