Leading a team of 3 to deliver the Talent Acquisition strategy for CT across the UK & US (headcount c.1000) - Delivered a 30% increase in headcount over 12 months whilst reducing cost per hire by 14%. - Owned and executed the Employer Brand strategy for the business, growing the company LinkedIn follow-ship by over 10% 2 years in a row and gaining over 6m impressions on our social media adverts. - Adapted and improved our attraction and selection strategies in an ever changing and challenging recruitment market by introducing tools and systems, such as Equitas and Socially Recruited, that utilise the power of Tech and AI. - Grew partnerships with charities, universities and other third parties to attract and hire a diverse talent pool. For example, I hosted 'World of Work' events with The Kings Trust and hired placement students via Westminster University. - Introduced and managed an internal internship scheme that provided opportunities to gain experience and exposure in Head Office for friends and family of CT colleagues with 3 success stories staying with the business permanently.

Recruitment accountability across Head Office, DC, CC & Retail colleagues in the UK totalling a headcount of circa 750 employees. - Successfully delivered an ATS change project that included the build of a brand new careers website - Designed and implemented a brand new Recruitment process for Retail colleagues, including competency questions and a bank of selling scenarios - Supported the HR team with various tasks, including the coordination of the L&D department and the managing of redundancy processes during Covid-19
