Role & Responsibilities - 1. Responsible for handling QA team of 5 members, Release planning and execution. 2. Successfully led the QA team through multiple product launches, ensuring all releases met quality standards and customer expectations. 3. Developed and executed a comprehensive QA roadmap, resulting in increase in testing efficiency and a decrease in time-to-market for releases. 4. Involve in Daily Scrum- Stand up meeting. Preparing sprint backlog. And report it to client on weekly basis. Discussion with PM’s and Team members on various project issues and upcoming activities on regular basis. 5. Provide Training to team members and schedule tasks among them. Involve in weekly status call, training calls with Implementation Team. 6. Communication with Developers through emails and calls to ensure quality of product during Hot-fix releases. 7. Adding automation Test cases of project modules on daily basis. 8. Worked with Automation team to automate Sanity test cases and functional flows using TypeScripts(Playwright) 9. Compatibility check on Selenium & Playwright. 10. Involved in testing of auth token authorization process. Preparing auth tokens and validating user login for security testing.
