I am an MBA student specializing in Human Resource Management with over 4 years of professional experience in the EdTech sector as a Counsellor and Academic Mentor. My journey in education and mentorship has strengthened my core HR skills — including communication, empathy, people management, and conflict resolution. I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of students toward their academic and career goals while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure performance and satisfaction. Currently, as an Academic Mentor, I work closely with students and parents to support growth and engagement — experiences that have deepened my interest in HR domains like recruitment, learning & development, and employee relations.
