- Handled various masters at PAN India level i.e. Discount master, customer master, Rebates master for Modern Trade and Ecom customers. - Counterpart Compliance review done on a quarterly basis to identify non compliance and highlight to account management teams for better negotiation with customers - Manage Reliance Retail & Dmart - AR & AP and streamlining the claims payout process and reduce the operation inefficiencies and maintain hygiene which help in smooth business operations with customer - Led Automation project of payout made to customer (target linked and monthly payout) help in reducing TAT of claims and no manual intervention - Engaging with legal team, account management team and senior business stakeholders in preparing agreements of Terms of trade, addendum's etc with customer - Preparation on various SOP , SOA & framework to strengthen the governance and controls. - Involved in TOT negotiations with customer during GST transition and done impact working due to merger of various customers - Managed all the audits of the department, worked on Travel overhead and ROI of TTS schemes
