- Contribute to building the product vision and roadmap for Merchant user persona - Identifying business and user needs that needs to be fulfilled by core platform - Prioritizing the product backlog items to maximize value to end users, elaborating the product requirements in collaboration with various stakeholders - Analyzing the performance of the various Merchants touchpoints using analytics tools and taking decisions on the basis of the data insights - Communicating on the product roadmap, progress and achievements to all stakeholders

-Responsible for product roadmap prioritization, grooming product backlog items -Work closely with designers, engineers and other scrum teams to plan and launch new features and updates for web and mobile based applications -Conduct workshops and demos for senior management groups and presenting solutions to a larger audience

-Work with Customer to define the optimum solution within the boundaries of the Vymo product offerings across BFSI, Insurance, Marketplace etc -Work with Client functional groups and internal teams to identify enhancements and processes changes as per client’s ever changing business requirement to drive positive customer impact - Training Client teams on all aspects of the solution - Building consensus with the service delivery team on the customer deliverables - Advocate to the customer for all technical queries - Creation of detailed Business Requirement Docs based on the proposed solution

- Understand customers’ business needs and devise appropriate solutions - Be single point of contact for customer on implementation including any integrations - Execute the implementation plan within promised timeframe - Work with Sales, Customer Success and Customer Support teams to ensure that they understand any customizations done or unique needs served to the customer - Work closely with the product development team to share client feedback and for post-implementation reviews - Track key metrics and KPIs related to implementation success - Upsell / cross-sell LeadSquared product or services wherever applicable

- Responsible for defining the product roadmap & maintaining product backlog - Establish close partnership with Technical teams to ensure successful on time releases - Engage with clients to - understand/develop/articulate business requirements and develop user stories - Identify processes that can be automated and provide considerable Full Time Employee (FTE) benefit - Experience in delivering demo sessions and conducting training for teams across geographies, recruiting new team members and preparing training plans - Experience in working with Agile teams with sound understanding of SCRUM way of working

- Mapping the business process flow and doing the requirement analysis for specifications and feasibility - Collaboration between business team and development team - Responsible for identifying ways to improve system efficiency - Preparing project plans for managing costs, ensuring project quality and on-time delivery - Tracking the project through different developmental phases - Designing process and operations guides to enable adept process handling - Preparing product note and training manuals - Ensuring that all new enhancements comply with local regulations - Acting as product champion for sales function and partners with their product queries

Domain: Quality Assurance Sector: BFSI • Responsible for functional acceptance testing, Integration and performance testing of Dutch banking software • Preparing Master Test Plan and Test scenarios based on Business requirements • Preparing test cases and doing the User Acceptance Testing of the business solutions, demonstrating the requirements traceability • Manual testing of the application and co-ordination with multiple vendors for end to end testing • Documentation of test results and timely reporting the results to customers • Responsible for collaboration between business team and development team in case of critical issues in the application • Reporting of any potential risk involved in implementation of projects by giving the Go/ No Go sign off • Reporting to Onshore partners in Amsterdam regarding the Project progress and execution status • Co-ordination with Onshore and Offshore Development team for defect root cause analysis and defect resolution • Trained team members and organized several knowledge transfer sessions across testing and development teams
