Good technical understanding of: - BMS fundamentals - OCV testing - DCIR Testing - Process validation & quality improvement ▶️ Process Engineering: - Hands-on experience in Process Flow Diagram (PFD) preparation and process mapping for lithium-ion battery manufacturing lines. - Implementation of Poka-Yoke systems to prevent process errors and improve first-pass yield. - Development and review of SOPs and IPO (Input–Process–Output) to ensure stable and repeatable processes. - Experience in FTG & tooling - Application of DOE (Design of Experiments) for process parameter optimization and defect reduction. - Involvement in process validation activities to ensure consistency, quality, and safety. - Working knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, RCA, 5-Why, and Kaizen for continuous improvement initiatives. - Exposure to OEE monitoring, downtime analysis, cycle time study, and productivity improvement projects.
