30+ years’ Techno functional leadership experience, 20+ year as Group CIO/CTO/CDTO in Indian Stock Exchanges, Large broking houses, Depository and Clearing Corporation in India and USA. Successfully created and executed long term plan while keeping an eye on short-term execution. Excellent communication, presentation, team management and leadership skills.Key Achievements.• Implemented largest WAN and LAN network rollout of BSE comprising of state- of the art Networking and Security technology across India for brokers and sub-brokers. Implemented Network Management platform for PAN India Brokers at BSE. • Implemented Network Monitoring platform for DTCC in USA. Successfully implemented and seamlessly executed BCP/DR on 9/11 without any downtime in New York. Worked at DTCC (Clearing Corporation of NYSE) from 2001 – 2003. • Implemented India 1st discount broking house, a green field project for Reliance Securities (Reliance Money) in 2006. The platform and concept were the first of its kind Advance Brokerage, Kiosk and integration of Security hard token. • Instrumental in setting most cost effective and fastest rollout of retail trading platform with Industry leader solution across India. Developed mid-office for Risk Management and Reporting (MIS) to support Sub-broker and Online channels. Implemented PAN India branches centralized Security platform in broking industry. Developed enterprise software like HRMS, Portfolio Management, Account Opening platform, CRM for the Anand Rathi group across all verticals; Retail, Wealth, Institution, Distribution from 2007 – 2015. The development and transition enabled Anand Rathi to tech enable brokerage house. Developed in-house MF, insurance back-office platform from LMS to Revenue disbursement. • Mission critical system consolidation from Physical to Virtual environment resulting in reducing hundreds of servers to less than 10 servers. This helped India’s largest Agri commodity exchange NCDEX to save 1500+ Square feet data center space, power, colling, and cost to procure new hardware in pace of old Physical servers. The project created a path of redundancy, scalability, and DR readiness. For this project awarded as “Brave New IT” by VMWare. Implemented state of the art Trading engine from MIT (LSEG group) and Trading frontend NEXTRA.• Record time transition of end-to-end systems of one of the leading discount broker Dhani (Indiabulls Securities) in Six months. Developed efficient mobile account opening and Trading platform. . Awarded CIO and Leader's "Unsung Worrier & Digital Hero.
