Sourcing resumes through job portals, database, internal references, candidate references, networking websites and walk-ins. Using Non – Portal as one of the sourcing strategy in closing the requirements. Scheduling and coordinating the interviews with the respective team leaders and technical heads. Independently handled the salary negotiations. Interact and build good professional relationship with candidates. Evaluating candidates by conducting HR Interviews and assessing a candidate on desired parameters like stability/dependability, stress management, communication skills, problem solving skills and professionalism. Strong Experience in Vendor Management.

• Experience in Full Life Cycle recruiting of US IT Staffing. • Good work knowledge of USA Visa types. • Experience in IT Recruitment (US Process), working on W2 and Corp to Corp Requirements from Direct Clients and with Implementation Partner. • Involve in entire Recruitment lifecycle process such as Sourcing resume from Multiple Job Portals/Sites. • Short-listing profiles from various job sites based on the requirements in specific skills and matching it to the candidate's skill sets and experience. • Posting the job requirements on different portals/Sites and Google Groups etc. • Effectively using Personal Network Built up Database, Internet and Employee Referrals for prospective hiring. • Interacting with departmental heads to understand their requirements. • Based on the clients requirements screening the resumes and judging the candidates to meet the particular requirement. • Negotiating pay rates with direct W-2, 1099 consultants and C2C Vendors, while continuously keeping fair market value, profit margins and client bill rate in mind. • Coordination of face to face interviews, telephone interviews, coordination of feedback, complete organization of the hiring process. • Develop relationships with candidates and the prospective candidate community. • Constantly be in touch with the candidate until he joins.

• Working on End to End client requirements. • Exposure on tax terms like W2, C2C and 1099 • Requirement understanding, screening the resume, short listing the profile, cold calling and check availability for opened positions and submitting the profile to the client. • Sourcing resume from Multiple Job Portals/Sites. • Initial screening with the consultants. • Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements. • Maintaining the database of best and available resources and follow up with them time to time to cover the position as soon as it comes. • Coordinate with client to get the feedback on each submitted profile and get the interview feedback on the same • Follow up with candidates.
