* Identify local regulatory requirements and guidelines for establishing an MRF, and prepare a comprehensive proposal, including site plans, waste management processes, and environmental impact assessments. * Submit the proposal to the Municipality, engage in necessary discussions or meetings to address concerns, and comply with any additional requirements or modifications suggested by the Municipality. * Define the roles and responsibilities for efficient MRF operations, and recruit/train staff for tasks like sorting, equipment operation, maintenance, and administration. * Implement a safety program to ensure workforce well-being and establish a schedule with a shift rotation to cover operational hours effectively. * Establish and maintain an efficient waste segregation process, including staff training, continuous monitoring, and quality control measures to maximize recyclable material recovery and meet industry standards. * Set up a transportation system to move sorted materials from the MRF to the processing plant. Implement effective logistics and tracking systems to monitor material movement efficiently. * Establish connections with scrap merchants across the city by conducting market research, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements on pricing and specifications, and implementing an efficient logistics system for transporting materials to the MRF from different locations. * Information, Education, and Communication (IEC): Develop and implement awareness campaigns to educate the community about the importance of waste segregation and recycling. * Manage the entire life cycle of products, handling waste disposal responsibilities through Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). Keep detailed records of EPR activities, including collection, recycling, and disposal. Ensure MRF compliance with EPR regulations and submit required reports to authorities regularly.

- Primary responsibility is to handle sales & purchase of industrial waste and scrap. - Collection, transportation, manpower handling and stakeholder management. - Control costs to achieve the company’s budget and goals. - Responsible for plant production rotation, quality inspection, optimization of resources, manpower management, store management, material receiving & dispatches. - To Manage the 10 MRF centres and control the manpower accordingly.

- Primary responsibility is to develop relations with NGOs, and municipal leaders, and provide individualized interaction to maintain the partnership. - To educate municipal corporations regarding plastic waste recycling and brief them about the company. - Actively participate in all municipality corporation activities and Sabha discussions related to plastic waste management and recycling. - Working together with Urban local bodies (ULB) to promote the waste collection, segregation & channelization of waste to the recycling facility. - To share knowledge about the types of plastic to be collected by ragpicker and how it can be segregated. - To Manage the collection centre, MRF (material recovery facility) center and sales and purchase of plastic. - Research in recycling markets and tie up with recyclers to purchase on their credits. - Collection, transportation, manpower handling and stakeholder management.

- Experience of 18 years in plastic recycling and segregation Roal. - Plastic recycling of rigid and flexible. - Recycling and washing all types of plastics (Pet Fines, Polyester, Pp, Ld., & Hd) and processing the lumps.
