Key elements included supply chain strategy (Plan-Source-Make-Deliver), Manufacturing (coffee roasting), Sourcing (food, dairy) and Logistics (imports and temperature controlled last mile delivery). Led a global cross function team (R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal) to commercialize launch of new platform in China. North America Responsible for North America last mile delivery network cost structure (network optimization, 3PL selection, pricing and contracts, and continuous improvement to achieve lowest cost while meeting service levels)
