iam working in microbase computers as a purchase executive for 5 years. as a purchase executive my responsibilities are- getting quotes from different vendors as per indent raised by end user. sourcing of new vendors for new and existing spare or consumables. maintain good relation wit h vendors. prepare cost comparison with minimum 3 vendors . negotiate with same vendors to finalize the order. check with GST slabs for different items.prepare excel sheet based on their prices and terms and conditions like delivery time line, credit terms, fright charges.monitor the quality of received material. prepare purchase documents . follow up with finance team to release the payment as per terms discussed before release the order
