Professional Journey: My career began as an employee with renowned companies, where I honed my technical skills in Smartplant Application Administration and mastered programming languages such as C#.NET, VB.NET, VB6, and VBA. However, my entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building effective teams led me to take the leap into business ownership. Building Teams and Business: I thrive on team dynamics and deeply appreciate the value that dedicated team members bring to the table. Transitioning from being an employee to a business owner allowed me to manifest my vision for a company that prioritizes collaboration and excellence. Starting as a solo director, I worked tirelessly in the initial months to secure projects, relying on my technical expertise.
