I did entire set up for the bar in this Mediterranean restaurant in kolkata. i have made the bar menu for spirits, cocktails, mocktails ,liqueurs and wines.I have trained a group of 20 people for bar as well as in Mediterranean food. I did entire excise work for the company.This new Mediterranean restaurant in kolkata was awarded twice the best Mediterranean restaurant in kolkata by times of india group.

I took the challenge to run this restro bar in salt lake city kolkata.The day i took charge of this bar sale was under the budget. the day i left i have given a name for this bar in kolkatas bar and entertainment industry with 300% hike of the sale.My festivals for the bar was covered by page3 times of india.

I took the ownership to run Room Service department of 150rooms, of this world class resort in Bangalore city. I also look after Sorrento ( Italian Kitchen) of this premiere resort in Bangalore city. I take the initiative for entertainment of this restaurant with international band (sugar n spice) from Philippine. Sorrento restaurant is registered with FHRAI.
