Lead a team of engineers who are responsible to design and development of value engineering in tractor engineering group Lead CRT team to develop a business proposal to reduce Tractor Material Cost (Value Engineering, Alternate Sourcing,Localisation,Standardisation,Part count reduction) Contributing factors: Develop a comprehensive set of technical and commercial levers Establish feasibility and launch implementation Capture product/component specific ideas that can also be adapted in future products Work in cross function team comprises of Purchase, supply change, Cost management, ME, product validation and SQE to ensure that agreed VE projects are implemented.
