*Understanding client needs: responsible for understanding the hiring needs of their clients, including the required skills, experience, and qualifications for the job * Sourcing candidates: using various channels, such as job portals, social media, and referrals, to source suitable candidates for the job opening. * Screening candidates: The consultant assesses candidates' suitability for the role by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and administering pre-employment tests. * Coordination of interviews: Coordinating for interviews between the client and shortlisted candidates. * Salary negotiations: Advising clients on salary and benefits packages and negotiates on behalf of the candidate. * Building relationships: Responsible for building strong relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders. * Compliance management: The consultant ensures compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. * Business development: Involved in marketing and business development activities to promote the recruitment agency's services and attract new clients.

• Initiating Partnerships with new accounts and managing the existing relationships with Restaurants; being the point of contact for any queries. • Representing Swiggy in the market and stand on the core values we believe in. • Sustaining and growing relationships with the partners and explain them in order to increase the growth of restaurant. • Maintaining a strong relationship with the restaurant owners and advise them on issues related and offering solutions for the same. • Conducting promotional events and marketing activations for Restaurants in conjunction with internal teams. • Managing the day-to-day activities and learn new things; attend sales meetings and participating in activities like “townhall” & etc. in order to increase the knowledge in new things associated with company. • Reading daily updates through the mails and act accordingly to fulfill the responsibilities handled.

End to End Recruitment Onboarding & Induction Employee Engagement Exit Formalities

• Joining & Induction: In-charge of a structured Induction program for all new joiners and responsible for their orientation and induction with ensuring to collect all filled JF's kit with necessary Documents to issue the offer letter & Appointment letter. • Payroll & Leave Encashment: Running Payroll with collection of attendance, bonus, increment revisions & processing Leave Encashment. Raising Invoice to client & Follow up for the payments for salary disbursal. • Reimbursement Disbursal: Releasing of their Reimbursement claims separately apart from salary regarding their travel, mobile & other allowances. • Employee Engagement: Conduct open house meetings, one - one sessions with all associates on a quarterly basis and address their issues, if any. • Hygiene Factors: Ensure to deliver all Hygiene factors to contract employees such as Offer Letters, ID card, Training, TIC, Insurance cards, etc on time.
