• Supported customers and partners on the usage of multicore software design tool, working with internal teams to assure a timely and accurate answer. • Designed an evaluation/development kit aimed to enable customer evaluation and technical marketing demonstrations. • Worked with OpenCV application targeting a multicore platform, studying available parallelization opportunities. • Studied and developed initial examples targeting support on Adaptive Autosar for Silexica products.

• Responsible for technically supporting customer projects using i.MX family of processors in Latin America region. • Technical support for the Networking family of processors QorIQ on the Latin America region on key selected customers. • Experience with Yocto Project, Linux kernel, u-boot and other Embedded Linux related tools and software. • Supporting applications requiring Security features, such as public key signature, private key protection, TPM (Trusted Platform Module), cryptographic ciphers and other related activities. • Supporting the technical portion of region marketing plan and strategy. Lead and executed the technical activities of NXP FTF Connects Brazil, a training event for 300 attendees with more than 30 hours of technical sessions and 40 demonstrations. • Coordinating Latin America FAE team, focus on facilitating communication, collaboration, prioritization, and execution. Granting the team ultimate goal is customer satisfaction and preference.

• Responsible for support of iMX family (multimedia application processors) using single or multi-cores of ARM9, 11, Cortex-A5, A8 and A9, and for QorIQ family of networking processors. • Experience on BSP customization on different tools such as Yocto and LTIB, and on low-level software related to embedded Linux, such as u-boot, device drivers. • Supported the development of systems with security features such as high assurance secure boot, cryptographic communications, tamper detection, secure RTC and storage. • Experienced on Embedded Linux administration, programming and general support including kernel, device drivers and user space application development on both C and Java languages. • Supported a wide range of applications including tablets, concentrators, POS, banking, home-automation, auto-radios and appliances. • Participated on high-level trainings related to the devices and applications. • Responsible for Networking customers support on multi-millionaire opportunities using Power and ARM core based microprocessors on applications including LTE cells, GPON, backbone and home routers, and enterprise and home switches on strategic customers.

• Responsible for all levels of technical support on 8-bit (HCS08) and 32-bits (ARM Cortex M0+ and M4 Kinetis and Coldfire families) MCUs and DSCs (Digital Signal Controllers) in the region. • Strong customer focused support was responsible for granting 100% MCU market-share on selected key accounts, collaborating with more than U$50M in design wins in the region. • Strong expertise in industrial, specially appliances (white goods) and motor control applications acquired by supporting and leading projects on OEM and indigenous customers like Electrolux, Whirlpool, Embraco, WEG and many others. • Deep expertise on embedded assembly and C programming and debugging on both baremetal and RTOS applications on most market available IDEs. • Good expertise on capacitive touch sensing applications on both hardware and software sides, acquired by supporting customer applications (now in full-production). • Participated on several high level trainings in the USA, Czech Republic and Mexico. • Lead and presented 50+ presential and web based trainings, including 3 in the USA (topic BLDC Motor Control) and 4 in Buenos Aires (topics Rapid Prototyping with MCUs and MPU applications). • Presented paper at ESC Brazil 2012 on BLDC motor control theory and advantages. • Experience on planing, preparing, and executing presentations, events, webseminars to either in-company or big audiences. • Collaborated with company's New Product Introduction teams in many situations with field feedback for product specifications and with collaterals. • Developed reference designs and proofs of concept to help company show product value to customers, some examples: low-cost MCU based voice reproducer, zigbee RF + MCU boards, IR remote controller, automotive cluster controller, variable speed AC motor control board, ultra low cost refrigerator controller, light ballast controller, capacitive touch sensing board, electronic guitar with touch sensing interface, electrocardiograph sensor board.

• Developed solutions with Alcatel products related to fixed communication technologies meeting strategic customer needs (big local telecommunication companies like BrasilTelecom, Telemar, Telefônica, Vivo, Embratel and others). • Elaborated commercial and technical offers. • Trained on communication technologies and Alcatel solutions for ADSL, SDH, ATM, Frame-Relay, NGN, and others. • Participated on advanced trainings for Alcatel PABX and call center solutions.

• Solved strategic customers technical service requests related to call center solutions with OpenVox. (OpenVox is a TT&S PABX all-in-one call center solution) • Solved product quality problem by creating and leading a complete test check list for each new software version released. • Developed software for computer-telephony integration (CTI) for strategic customers in order to optimize income/outcome call times.
