Research and locate local and state government entities to request information. Send and receive public information requests based on the Freedom of Information Act for public records related to information on properties pertaining to environmental site assessments. Assist in communication with clients and perform administrative duties, and train staff as necessary. Manage emails and pay invoices. Work independently with minimal supervision.

Worked at the Assistant Director from Oct 2016-July 2017. Became Activity Director (manager) July of 2017. Lead a staff of up to 18 people (mostly teenagers) and training. Set up meetings and training for all departments. Create activity schedules for the park for each week with a new theme each week. Come up with activities related to the theme. Create employee schedules and remain within the budget allotted for each week. Place orders and maintain stock for paid activities as well as decorations and other things involving the recreation department. Locate and book entertainment for the park while keeping within a budget. Set up and book birthday parties, come up with new ideas and activities and create well written directions for activities. Keep department organized and running smoothly at all times. Come up with and purchase all thing involving large productions such as a haunted "hike" (haunted house through the woods) including directing and ensuring safety and lines are running smoothly. Occasionally paint or make signs, posters, large displays for the park. Work hand in hand with other departments to help maintain the park and keep it running smoothly such as making sure events start on time, handling disgruntled guests and providing excellent customer service to live up to the parks reputation. Control and speak in front of large crowds to run events, such as dance parties and contests with participation of 100+ guests. Create yearly employee budget by using excel/google sheets. Communicate with guests, vendors and entertainment through email or phone. Come up with various scenarios to move along with possible changes at all times including weather changes or equipment malfunctions to ensure guest continue to have a good time.

Work in reservations/ store checking in guests and maintaining excellent customer service skills. Occasional work in housekeeping and arts and crafts/recreation dept. Maintain, clean and stock store. Answer phones and book reservations.

Teach Wilton Decorating classes to adults and kids. 4 skill levels. Set up classes, keep track in paperwork, promote classes. Responsible for all prep before classes, tools and supplies.
