I am very, 100% likely to recommend my experience here, in the CX team :) My roles varied from UX Research to conducting end-to-end CX projects, but I can sum it up as "increasing CX awareness and culture at all levels within the company to provide a better and seamless customer experience" in one sentence. It was a story full of beautiful feelings and friendships that I can’t quite put into words.💚

It was my first corporate-based work experience at a company of which I was a very loyal customer. My role was to assist the Insight team throughout their market research and work close with the analytics team to come up with valuable insights out of big data. I really enjoyed every moment I spent as a member of this team which helped me make up my mind to continue being a part of the Kuveyt Türk family following my graduation.🌴

During my undergraduate studies, throughout my free time, I had the privilege of collaborating with professors at the University of Dubai and translated research articles, preparing them for publication.

Askipo is a health and well-being app that connects users with nutritionists and therapists while offering personalized tracking services to enhance their wellness journey. Being my first work experience, I had a chance to learn start-up and entrepreneurship dynamics, along with taking part in cross-functional roles like CRM, UX Research, Digital Marketing and Growth. I can say that everything I learned throughout these years created a very sound basis throughout my career helping me easily build new skills upon it.
