I currently am working ad managing two short term vacation rental properties that I own. A One Bedroom Apartment and a Teo Bedroom Cottage. Both were built in 1929 and have been lovingly restored and furnished in period correct furnishings. They are comfy and cosy and centrally located in Downtown Santa Barbara.

I developed and grew a unique subscription Container Garden Business catering to corporate businesses and outdoor living oriented clientele in the Bay Area. Our customers appreciated our ever-evolving, colorful, organic container garden designs. We executed designs in everything from hanging baskets to vegetative walls, planter box restaurant enclosures to colorful traffic safety blockades as well and an array of corporate and home based decorative planters. Our gardens were always a treat to behold. Many clients claimed the looked better week after week. For us, they always looked better when we returned to replace them than when we planted them! Not only did I grow the gardens, but o grew the business to include 67 quarterly accounts, with 7 employees on my payroll. Every Bloom' Thing was successfully sold to a third party in 2015 and I am proud to say remains operational to this day!

We provide Beautiful Containers Gardens, Annual Beds and Perennial Garden Re-Design for the private homeowner and for business locations. We specialize in building (and maintaining) raised vegetable beds for the "Urban Farmer" in everyone!
