Stamigold Biharamulo Company Assistant Administrator Officer Tasks performed:  Organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings and take detailed minutes  Ensure that employees and contractors adhere to SBM’s safety and environmental standards and any applicable legislative requirements.  Prepare of regularly scheduled reports and submit for reconciliation in various production aspects between the constructor and SBM  Develop and maintain filling system for reports references when required during the reconciliation. And assist with ordering office supplies and research new deals and supplies.  Assist in the administration of the operation and maintenance of human resource administration activities such as Conditions of Service, Remuneration Benefits, Performance Management, Union Relations and Employee Relations generally, to ensure organization competitiveness, safe storage and accessibility of information and a fair and consistent application across SBM.  Update and maintain office policies and procedure that tend to adhere with the main company policies in order to maintain human resource safety.
