The Virginia Leadership Academy is an elite program designed for emerging and established REALTOR® leaders who are committed to excellence in their careers and communities.

The Leadership Academy identifies, inspires and mentors emerging leaders from the local and state level for the National Association of REALTORS®.

Managed non-legal day-to-day operations of office including all accounts and payroll. Handled HR non-attorney staffing duties - including hiring, termination, training, and performance management of employees and adoption of an Employee Policy Manual. Evaluated historical firm performances to better define staffing positions by prioritizing time management and communications. Developed and coordinated the firm’s paralegal intern program with New River Community College and served on the NRCC Business Advisory Board 1995 – 2003.
