Develop and manage an efficient workflow system for all contractors and support staff. • Manage and organize images handed in by photographers through FTP, hard drives, and DVDs. • Train and manage a team of editors; Assigning them edits based upon their specific skill set in order to achieve time-sensitive deadlines. • Upload images using upload software to server galleries for guests to view. • Create and re-build portfolios for photographers; Choose the photographer’s best images, editing the images to their best quality, and creating online links for viewing. • Work side-by-side with the director of photography in managing the photographer’s. and dealing with any issues that may arise. • Am solely responsible for managing, maintaining and updating several servers, computers, and back-up systems throughout the studio. • Responsible for invoicing and payroll for the many contractors Modern Image Studios works with. • Primary and secondary photographer on dozens of weddings and a variety of events. • Main portrait photographer for in-studio portrait sessions.
