I have recently been promoted from a Personal Banker to a Branch Manager within Central National Bank. I will be utilizing my training in reports, employee motivation, and policies as I step up to this position. I will also continue using my skills in account opening and creating loans, while learning new skills such as opening IRAs and learning how to budget. When the manager was absent, I got to help with purchasing inventory as well as helping balance financial statements. I also got the chance to learn multiple positions. In the end I helped cashier and got a chance to talk with customers, and I prepped food for the salad bar as well as stocked the "to-go" fridge. This included making different salads, cutting fruits and vegetables, and consistently checking the supplies to be sure everything was always stocked.
