I've spent over 20 years building and scaling talent management and development functions across some of the most demanding environments in business — from the complexity of a global multi-national enterprise like Siemens, to the rapid growth and culture-building intensity of YETI, to the fast-moving world of fintech at Q2. Now, as VP of Talent Development at IEM, I'm channeling that range into building the Talent Development function from the ground up. The throughline across all of it? Helping organizations scale by investing in their people — upskilling employees to meet the business where it's going, developing leaders who think holistically about their teams, and building talent ecosystems that make growth sustainable.My work sits at the intersection of people strategy and business impact — and that means thinking about talent holistically, not just through a single lens. I lead high-performing teams of talent and learning professionals, and together we partner with senior leaders to design learning ecosystems that build real capability, while also driving the broader organizational levers that make development stick: succession planning that deepens leadership pipelines, performance management processes that create clarity and accountability, and talent review frameworks that connect individual growth to business strategy. Whether we're redesigning a leadership development program, coaching an executive through a transition, or building the infrastructure for a high-performing team, I bring both strategic rigor and a genuine belief that investing in people is the most durable competitive advantage a company has.
