Worked within a multifunctional commercial operations structure to drive customer focus and increase multifunctional knowledge. Responsible for the testing of Skydrol aviation hydraulic fluid and Therminol heat transfer fluid for the in-service fluid sample programme in Europe and the Middle East. Assisted programme re-location and start up from Belgium to Wales and implemented project successfully.

Industrial project focused on the optimisation of a new production process from laboratory scale to initial commercial manufacture. Conducted investigative laboratory experiments as member of project team.

Demand planner responsible for Maybelline and Essie in the UK and Ireland. Also had specific retailer facing account responsibility for collaborative forecasting process in two top high street retailers aligning sell in and sell out forecasts for base and promotional demand. Managed S&OP process within multifunctional account team to ensure forecast aligned with business priorities and supply chain expertise.
