What I'm up to in my day-job: 🚀 Leading flagship Emerging Talent Programmes - Coordinating & shaping the 'Discover: Behind-the-Scenes' programme, connecting young people all over the UK with one of the leading engineering & business employers, while designing experiences that build career confidence, employability & future-ready skills. 🚀 Designing meaningful candidate journeys - creating structured experiences that help students move from curiosity to confidence, across webinars, workshops, employability sessions and insight activities - from Year 9s to undergraduates and career changers. 🚀 Turning vision into reality - translating strategic ideas into structured, deliverable programmes, from concept and stakeholder alignment through to delivery and evaluation. 🚀 Championing inclusive & accessible experiences - ensuring opportunities are welcoming, engaging and impactful for diverse audiences. 🚀 Partnering with brand and marketing teams - working closely with colleagues to ensure strong messaging, consistent brand identity and beautifully designed experiences that reflect the quality of the opportunities we offer. 🚀 Using data to strengthen programme impact - reviewing outcomes and insights to shape future delivery, influence feasibility decisions and ensure programmes remain sustainable at scale.
