* Liaison to internal and external clients * in-house management of investigative sites participating in clinical trials for various therapeutic areas * coordinate site recruitment * create phone scripts * review study related advertisements * evaluate study specific questionnaires. Point of contact for healthy normal and non-healthy study participants involved in early clinical research trials. Ensure proper participant screening in accordance with study / client specific protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, HIPPA regulations, and FDA requirements. Conduct medical history review with each participant as per study protocol as well as maintain study documents and account for accuracy. In addition, responsible for data entry, resolving study generated queries, social security / tax ID verification, lab result calls and developing positive participant communication and relationships.

Manage and market medical fitness and wellness programs for physician referred clients. Perform medical intake evaluations for each client and devise detailed wellness programs. Work with special populations such as diabetics, orthopedic patients, cardiac patients, post cancer patients, pre / post-natal patients as well as the obese and deconditioned populations. Conduct follow up and track progress of clients. Report results to physicians. Marketing and sales of the wellness program to physicians and public sector. Conduct community outreach events. Create marketing materials and maintain presence through social media tools. Meet monthly sales goals. Present at quarterly medical fitness dinners. Instruct group fitness classes such as strength / cardio and senior fit. Small group training as well as personal training.
