Beth Gardner

As a Senior Writer with Government of Alberta, I focus on using effective, engaging communication and developing and strengthening relationships to improve our organization’s effectiveness. During my 17 years in Government of Alberta, my accomplishments include initiating an Administrative Professionals Network within one ministry and leading collaboration efforts in the upgrade of another ministry’s intranet. This included organizing staff engagement sessions, reviewing and creating web content, and developing and shooting a series of promotional videos. I also developed and delivered educational sessions to help staff navigate and use a key internal program. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication from the prestigious Royal Roads University in Victoria, B.C.
