In charge of everyday bar business, to include Hiring/Firing, Bar Staff Scheduling, all Liquor, Beer, Food ordering and inventory, creating the kitchen menu, writing a bimonthly newsletter also create by me, all in house advertising, signing up new members and handling renewal payments, daily deposit drops with large sums of money, scheduling the entertainment and maintaining a monthly schedule of events and entertainment for the members. I am a certified kitchen manager and T.I.P.S. certified for serving alcohol. I also tended bar 5 days a week.
