A Bangkok-based retail and real estate developer, best known for managing Thailand’s leading luxury shopping destinations, such as Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Sian Discovery, and ICONSIAM. • Analyzed statistic indicators, industry conditions, market characteristics, industry performance, external market drivers, and critical success factors to compile a presentation on a government-funded commercial property project valued at US$1.2 billion. • Performed industry analyses of the retail industry to create and improve project developments by identifying target customers, highlighting popular brands, and showcasing influential brick and mortar stores. • Researched current luxury trends in the retail, technology, and food & beverage industries, and compiled a list of stores for the CEO’s observational research trip to New York.
