As an Information Technology Director with over fifteen years of experience in successfully managing various technology projects, I have amassed extensive expertise in strategic IT management and the implementation of corporate technology solutions. Currently serving as CIO at Türkiye Emlak Katılım Bankası A.Ş., I have been leading the management of the bank's IT organization and audit processes since 2018. Previously, I served as IT Manager and Software Manager at Albaraka Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş. In these positions, I took on significant roles in numerous projects of various scales within the main banking applications. One of my most significant contributions at Albaraka Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş. was serving as Architectural Leader in the Albatros Integrated Banking System project, in which the bank underwent a comprehensive transformation of all its systems. This massive project was conducted under the leadership of an architectural team of 12, including myself, and involved the participation of more than 700 people in various roles. The transformation of the applications, as well as the zero-loss conversion of data, was a source of great pride and achievement for us. Among my advanced technical certifications and trainings, I have important certificates such as EC-Council Certified Secure Programmer, PMP – Project Management Professional, MCSA: SQL Server 2012, MCSD: Web Applications, and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Additionally, I have completed a series of trainings to improve my leadership skills and time management abilities. I completed my undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering and my MBA with high distinction. My goal is to continue to use my information technology and leadership skills to overcome technological challenges and contribute to corporate success. I aim to further develop my knowledge and skills in this field and achieve even greater success in my professional career. Additionally, I aspire to share my knowledge and experiences with the younger generations through seminars and books. I believe that knowledge and experiences gain value when they are shared, and I look forward to continuing down this path.
