• Key responsibilities o Content lead, incl. knowledge management, data analysis and visualisation on sustainable energy policies, regulation, finance and technologies - Focal point for World Bank / ESMAP knowledge products - Development of communication narratives, website content, in collaboration with designers and communication agencies o Lead on a new sustainable mobility initiative, aimed at deploying sustainable energy-efficient mobility solutions in fast-growing cities in Asia and Africa o Lead on displaced people intervention, with a focus on private sector solutions for sustainable energy in refugee camps o Instrumental in the design of other key SEforALL initiatives: Energizing finance (tracking of financial flows for energy access) and Cooling For All (access to efficient cooling solutions) • Management / Strategy development o Staff supervision across multiple interventions and activities o Development of Theory of Change for UN Sustainable Development Goal 7 on Sustainable Energy; Work Plan; concept notes; monitoring and evaluation framework; strategic documents for donors • Partnerships / Stakeholder engagement o Instrumental in the organization and communication of SEforALL Forums - Lead on SEforALL Charrette session on Data and Evidence o Relationship management with multiple SEforALL delivery partners, incl. international organizations, private sector players, multilateral development banks, civil society organizations, development agencies… o High level engagement - SEforALL CEO Sherpa for the Energy Transitions Commission - Expert adviser for World Economic Forum Initiative: Fostering Effective Energy Transition - UN Secretary General Office (UN Sahel countries) - International fora: Clean Energy Ministerial, G20, Commonwealth - COP (Energy Day jointly with UNFCCC, IEA, IRENA) • Communication o Elaboration of briefing notes, speeches, op-eds for UN Special Representative of the Secretary General and SEforALL CEO o Public communications
