• Responsible for thirteen multi-million dollar product terminals covering five states: Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and South Carolina, day-to-day maintenance, and operations; traveling 85% of the time. • Managed numerous personnel weekly scheduled and issued work and task accordingly, to address compliance, and operational issues regarding reliability and efficiency. • Worked directly with internal and external groups such as; Integrity Management, OSHA, H.S.S.E, Extended Leadership Team, and Local, State and Federal Officials, to determine the best approach in achieving 97% operational soundness and maximum production of the terminal assets. • Stayed abreast of DOT, OSHA, Local, State, Federal and Industry Compliances; i.e., ASME B31.1, B31.4, API 650 / 653, 510, 570, NFPA 30/70E, etc and current type of pipeline testing; i.e., hydro-static, ultra-sonic guided wave. • Wrote and filed DOT regulated critical alarms in order to identify bad actors events affecting the through-put of the petroleum products terminal. In order to reduce the consequential failures rates by 20%; using RCA / RCFA, while ensuring the terminals maintained their License to Operate. • Reviewed the O & M and capital budget to ensure funds were spent appropriately using MOC, risk assessments, and PHA, to ensure equipment integrity, operation, and maintenance peak performance. • Assured uniform BU and District equipment integrity, maintenance, and inspection plans. Implemented and developed predictive maintenance, condition based monitoring plans. • Developed and tracked metrics to identify improvement opportunities and evaluate trends, information on applicable laws and regulations, licenses, permits, codes, standard practices, compliance issues, predictive & maintenance plans, are documented and kept current.
