Temporary Positions on various motor yachts with responsibility for deck maintenance, tender driving and looking after guests during the Monaco Boat Show.

Part time caddy, accompanying clients round the ground, helping with the day to day operations and often refereeing at the monthly CPSA days. This year I worked during the 2018 CPSA World Championships with the event support, referee and grounds teams.

Work experience scheme covering discretionary investment management, financial planning, asset allocation, trust management, stock picking and general finance.

Whilst working with Somerdale’s professional, dynamic and internationally focussed management team, I was exposed to the company’s business operations, past and future business and how Somerdale delivers dairy products all over the world, whilst maintaining constant temperature. I undertook a research project on a potential a new market in Trinidad.

Superyacht Tenders and Toys (SYTT) has huge growth in the yachting industry having been founded in 2011. My role as the only summer intern included: generating client RIB and custom tender proposals, taking orders, sourcing suppliers, invoicing, organising stock, helping project manage custom builds in Southampton and Hull, meeting clients and managing quality control.

Worked during the easter break at the residential development company Logan Homes. I helped the team in all aspects of the business and had a thorough exposure to Logan Homes entrepreneurial development, design, suppliers, demolition, building works and sale of completed housing developments.

Work experience on the trading floor in the ring at the London Metal Exchange.

On board we sailed over 2,250 miles, with 75 days at sea travelling largely around the Mediterranean and Adriatic. My duties were frequently watch keeping, prepared passage planning chart work and performing general maintenance throughout the season. I was also responsible for a Williams 565 jet tender, guest entertainment and safety on the water at all times

Worked a full summer season carrying out all deckhand duties, including looking after guests during the Monaco Grand Prix. Responsibility for tenders and a range of water toys. Qualified as Marine Engineer up to 24 m.
