- Responsible for all Finance / Accounting / Budgeting functions, Legal, Compliance, Purchasing, Administrative Affairs. - Directly reporting to the Board & CEO & Private Equity Investor "Turkven" - Drive the company’s financial planning, budgeting and cash flow management process - Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments - Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks - Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure - Manage and supervise all finance, accounting and administrative personnel - Manage vendor relationships - Lead reliable budget and actual reporting process - Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system - Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies - Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems - Maintain top level banking relationships - Set up and improve company's internal control mechanisms

- Strong professional experience in auditing telecommunications, technology, media, energy, fmcg, pharmaceuticals, service and manufacturing industries. - Significant experience in managing large and complex audit engagements (up to 25 people) by serving to the biggest revenue generating clients of Deloitte Turkey. - Considerable experience in auditing and consolidation of large holding groups and multinational companies under the requirements of ISA, IAS and IFRS. - Significant exposure of SPK/KGK, SEC and PCAOB regulations gained through managing various audit engagements including Turkey’s leader telecommunications, technology, manufacturing and service provider groups/companies. - Considerable experience on auditing, consolidation and reporting process of public companies (both public in “BiST” and “NYSE”) subject to Capital Market Board (“SPK”) and Securities Exchange Commission (“US SEC”) regulations. - Significant exposure of SEC and PCAOB regulations including "PCAOB Inspection" and "IPO Audit" experience. - Technical excellence in design and implementation of internal control structure of the companies to identify control deficiencies within the scope of Sarbanes-Oxley Act (“SOX”) and integrated audit. - Strong financial analysis abilities developed through audit. - Superior organizational skills, flexibility and time management skills having led numerous projects of different sizes within strict deadlines. - Solid leadership skills evidenced through overseeing and motivating teams of different sizes. - Excellent communication skills developed through working with a wide variety of people. - Fluent in English and French. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
