Bernhard Voelcker

As the Head of Project at GIZ India, I lead the implementation of several demonstration projects to integrate renewable energy storage into distribution grid networks. With over 25 years of experience in project management and engineering, I have a strong background in industrial electronics, telecommunications, and RF spectrum monitoring and management. My mission is to leverage my expertise and skills to support the development of sustainable and innovative solutions for energy, radio communication and infrastructure challenges. I have successfully managed and delivered multiple projects in various countries and sectors, working with diverse stakeholders and partners. I am also a certified six sigma black belt and survyer expert in industrial electronic, IT, radio communication, RF propagation, lighting damage, overvoltage and renewable energy.
