Bernard Delpit

I am Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Alstom. I started my career at the Inspection Générale des Finances, the audit Department of the French Ministry of Finance. In 1994, I joined the Budget Department of the French Ministry of Finance. In 2000, I joined Groupe Peugeot Citroen SA as Deputy Managing Director in China and later became Head of Controlling. In 2007, I joined the staff of the French Republic as an economic advisor to Nicolas Sarkozy, the French President at the time. In 2009, I joined La Poste as Group Deputy CEO and CFO. In 2011, I joined Crédit Agricole as Group CFO. In 2015, I joined Safran, the aerospace and defense Group, as CFO and eventually became Deputy CEO in 2021. During my tenure, I also handled strategy and M&A responsibilities. From January 2022 to June 2023, I served as Deputy CEO at GBL. I have also served on the Boards of Ariane Group (2015-2021) and BPI France (2017-2021). Currently, I am a Director on the boards of Renault Group and Imerys.
