As part of the TRO PMO (Technology Risk Office PMO), directly manage several projects around Risk Management and Security (PCI, PII, SOX, HIPAA). In 2015, I directly manage 9 projects, regrouped under 2 master projects, totalizing over $6M and over 37,000 hours of labor effort. Some of those projects are upgrading/installing Oracle products (OAM, OAAM, OEM, OES, OMSS) for Web Single Sign On (WSSO: OAM: Oracle Access Manager)-Risk Based Access Management (RBAM: OAAM: Oracle Access Manager), Enterprise Mobile Access (EMA: OMSS: Oracle Mobility Security Suite), Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Window Access Management (WAM) Change Auditor/Active Role Server, Enterprise Strong Authorization (RSA token self-service), COATS (Common Authorization Service: OES: Oracle Entitlement Server), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and LOCK (Venafi product).

Consulted during implementation of WFM (Work Force Management) solutions (Workbrain: Time & Attendance (T&A) and Labor Forecasting and Schedule Optimization (LFSO)) and oversaw a cross-functional team (IT, Payroll, Stores Operations, Finances, Vendors). Led a Proof of Concept (POC) to confirm the feasibility of the replacement of the current WFM (Work Force Management) application. Major Accomplishments Delivered (on time and budget) the POC and proven that Infor LFSO (Labor Forecasting and Schedule Optimization from Workbrain) could replace the current system (Tomax, Star). Overseeing a cross-functional team (IT, Payroll, Stores Operations and Vendors) to deploy Work Force Management solution (Workbrain) to new countries, new brands, application/infrastructure upgrades, wireless device (LRT) remote management tools (Avalanche, Casper). Advocate new solutions in order to respond to more rapid business needs. Negotiate contracts and implement integrated enterprise applications. Major Accomplishments Implemented in less than 5 months a new country solution (Italy). Deployed a new brand (Athleta) with T&A (Time and Attendance) and LFSO (Labor Forecasting and Schedule Optimization) on Workbrain (Infor), using successful hybrid Agile approach (several code delivery) to accelerate testing and defect resolution.
