Previously, I acted as the Asia Pacific Head of Business Selection and Conflicts Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining BAML, I was the APAC Head of Legal for Capital Markets Origination (including M&A business) at ABN AMRO/RBS.
