- Designing serial and special universal geared DC motors used in heating motors, centrifugal pump motors and various units of commercial vehicles such as trucks, vans, buses, and minibuses, midibuses produced by OEM commercial vehicle companies. - Responsible for mechanical designs of the new project products, transferring the assembly and sub-parts to the technical drawing and following the purchasing, sample approval-quality control and production processes. - Supporting engine design with analysis. - Project design of HVAC products such as blower units, axial units, turbo ventilation units, preparation of product BOM list and creation of costs, preparation of necessary technical data for production and assembly. - Designing new project apparatuses for manufacturing lines by working with molding unit. - To support the sales and marketing department for the verification of technical data. -Preparation of PPAP quality processes with lean production techniques for new projects.
