- Production, Material and Inventory Planning of two R&D projects and one space project - Planning and coordinating the production activities in a project based planning environment, monitoring the execution of production plan, procurement process of supply goods - Being responsible for entire production and workshop plans of three projects -Managing complex bills of materials of three projects - Utilizing Oracle MES (Manufacturing Execution System) which is a real-time production following project, Oracle ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) Module which helps material planning and resource planning according to time constraint, Tableau Software so as to construct and analyze the entire supply chain functions and Oracle ERP Modules - Preparing executive reports indicating the current state of the projects and informing the high level managers and stakeholders of the projects.

- Teaching Assistant of IE342 Engineering Economic Analysis Course - Scheduling weekly office hours for the students, preparing and evaluating quiz/homework problems periodically

The aim of this project is to reduce cycle time of the manufacturing of the wind turbine blades by utilizing the optimization software and algorithms along with Kitting method for deciding right locations, optimal numbers of feeding points, and reducing the travel distances of operators. As a solution, flowchart description of major elements in the company is constructed and a mathematical model is developed in order to minimize the total distance between feeding points and process points so as to drive down the cycle time.

As an intern, I did my internship at the Production Department. During my internship I had a chance to observe the several departments along with the production department such as quality, procurement, production planning departments and analyze the processes for manufacturing, raw material supply, quality control steps. I also had an opportunity to embrace the principles of lean manufacturing during this period.
