As a Business Development Manager I work with sales and operation teams - highlighting issues, developing action plans and measuring them back for both departments. In addition, my main responsibilities include: - Sales coordination of the merger project and post-merger process support - Support the sales team by developing systems and reports - Developing operational processes and reports - Running new projects (e.g.: incentive scheme for sales reps, CRM system implementation) - Participation in internal projects, e.g. preparation for peak season - Creating connections between sales and operations departments

As Packeta's only Business Development Expert, my job is broad and very varied, within which: - Making and developing management reports, supporting strategic decisions - Commercial volume planning and back-testing, preparation of new volume reports - Initiation and end-to-end implementation of new projects and developments (e.g.: motivation system for PUDOs, implementation of CRM system in the sales team) - Connection between sales and operations departments - Participation in the development of internal processes - Maintenance of general terms and conditions and price lists, updating them according to changes

I worked at C&C RASS Kft. as an HR developer, where I dealed with organizational development, HR process design and well-being, and of course general HR tasks such as selection, interviewing and integration.

During my time at the Hungarian Post, we successfully installed 400 APMs (automated parcel machines) which was one the biggest projects of the Hungarian Post at the time. In this project, I had multiple tasks and responsibilities: - Coordination of the Product and Service Team and coordination and follow-up the team’s tasks - Participation in the definition of marketing and sales actions related to PUDO network expansion and increase of package turnover - Initiate and coordinate end-to-end customer experience improvement projects - Revision and correction of business plans, operational implementation of tasks and projects - Communication with external partners

The Budapest-based Youth Business Group (YBG) is an NGO that supports student organisations in the Central and Eastern European region. In 2022, the YBG has 21 student organisations in 4 different countries, with a total of around 1200 members. - Leading, controlling and keeping together six separate teams (alumni, HR, marketing, sales, talent management, technology - which means IT and controlling tasks) - Participating in new projects and processes belonging to my teams - Own projects: development of central career management systems (2021), basic value research (2021), development of headhunter services (2022) - Other tasks: annual resource and payroll planning, internal communication, financial crisis management, labour administration tasks
