• Led supply chain optimization and raw material transition from Foxconn (Shenzhen) and Mitac (Shunde) to Foxconn (Nanning) campus, resulting in significant cost savings on the product contract price. • Supported US senior management in local hiring and establishing a new supplier management team at the Oracle Nanning office, including managing on-job training programs. • Managed materials shortage coverage plan and escalation process during factory transition, ensuring demand upside fulfillment. • Collaborated with Value Engineering and product design teams to achieve mechanical localization sourcing and meet high-running product cost-saving objectives. • Led supplier assessment and on-site audit activity with the CSR team to ensure the code of conduct meets Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and local regulations.
